Will the 00's actually end up being better than the 80's?
They just might be. I suddenly realized that in the past four months we've had a PERFECT song (all from new bands) for each month that exists solely because of the 80's. Revivalism is reaching its peak here, and although these songs won't be known by as many people as the 80's classics that preceded them, there is no denying that this is one awesome mixtape.

Oh, and on a related note, the lead singer of one of my favorite 80's inspired bands (the brilliant Hotel Motel) has just put up a solo myspace with a bunch of wonderful demos on it!
